01Behavioral diagnosis — judgment-free
02Plan tailored to your actual routine
03Ongoing support — sessions + WhatsApp
[how it works]

Three phases. One continuous process.

Each session is 50 minutes and follows the Institute's methodology — from discovery to habit maintenance.

01

Behavioral diagnosis

We identify why the behavior isn't changing — no blame, no judgment. We map cognitive, social, and environmental barriers specific to your context.

Starting point of every process
02

Individual action plan

Strategies tailored to your real routine, goals, and context. Nothing generic — the plan is built with you, based on what the diagnosis revealed.

Personalized, not standardized
03

Implementation & adjustment

We test interventions, adjust what isn't working, and prevent setbacks. WhatsApp support between sessions ensures continuity.

Sessions + ongoing support

Redesigning the food environment without restrictive diets.

Longevity

Routines that preserve autonomy and function over time.

Well-being & mental health

Burnout prevention and mind care alongside productivity.

Financial habits

Self-control and better spending decisions by identifying automatic triggers.

Athletic performance

Consistency in training and overcoming personal and environmental barriers.

Life transitions

Support through major life changes while maintaining healthy habits.

[why it's different]

Not therapy. Not coaching.
Applied behavioral science.

If you've tried many times without success, the problem isn't you — it's the strategy.

Common approaches
Motivation and willpower as the foundation
Generic solutions without real diagnosis
Focuses on the symptom, ignores the context
Results depend on your "commitment"
No defined progress metrics

[frequently asked questions]

It's normal to have questions before deciding

What does a Habit Scientist do? +
A Habit Scientist is a behavioral scientist — a professional with a solid academic background in human and/or health sciences, with specialization in the behavioral science field, which studies decision-making, behavior change, habits, and lifestyle.
How does the Habit Consultation work? +
Each session is 50 minutes and follows the Institute's methodology, developed to diagnose, plan, and implement new habits into your routine. The process is designed to make behavior change easier and more effective.
Can I choose my scientist? +
Yes — and you should. We encourage choosing a professional you feel a connection with. That match is important for the work to flow more naturally and productively.
Are sessions online or in-person? +
Sessions take place online via video call. Some scientists also offer in-person sessions in their cities — check with the scientist of interest about available formats.
Is this therapy? +
No. Therapy addresses deep emotional and psychological issues. This program focuses on concrete behaviors — habits, routines, relationship patterns, well-being. The two approaches are complementary.
Is it the same as coaching? +
No. The difference is the scientific foundation: research-validated frameworks, structured diagnosis, a plan with metrics, and follow-up that goes beyond motivation.
Why is the minimum commitment three months? +
Real behavior change doesn't happen in two weeks. The three-month program exists because consistent results require time to install new patterns — and to adjust what isn't working before giving up.
Does it work for people who have tried many times and failed? +
Especially for that profile. If you've tried many times and couldn't maintain it, the problem isn't you — it's the strategy. The diagnosis exists to find where the real block is.
